Dear Dr. Flinn: The date for the above case has finally been set for November 26th, endthe present indications are that it will re- quire the week of the 26th for the plaintiff to put in their side of the case, and we probably will be ready for our side starting December 3rd. Ne trust that you will be available at that time, and we shall advise you later as to the exact time which we will expect to call upon you, and whether or not it will be necessary tohave a conference preliminary to your testimony. At the present time we are preparing certain information which should serve as a background in giving you a pretty good perspective as to that we will try to develop from you as a wit- ness.
