Dear Mr. Barker:
I have your letter of November 19 stating that you would
like to have me available in Newark on December 3. I shall, therefore,
plan to arrive that morning and will go directly to the Robert Treat
Hotel. Thank you for making a reservation for me. I shall arrive
in Newark (Market Street Station) at 7:41 a.m. on the Manhattan Limited
(Pennsylvania Railway) from Chicago.
I also note that you will send me information pertaining to
the facts which you expect to develop in this case. I shall be glad
to have this. I have the list of forty-four questions which you
furnished Dr. Schlundt and me some time ago. I assume that the informa-
tion which you are sending will answer some of these questions.
With best regards,
Sincerely yours,
S.l. find
S. C. Lind,

Director.
