La Porte v. U. S. Radium Corp.
Howard H. Barker, Esq.,
Vice Pres., U. S. Radium Corp.
535 Pearl Street,
New York City.
Dear Howard:
Replying to yours of the 18th, please be advised
that I have thoroughly searched my files and fail to find
your copy of the testimony of Dr. Linn and the extra copy
of part of Dr. Faiela's testimony. You will remember Dr.
Faiela testified after Judge Forman left the bench and
we had that part transcribed.
I ha ve therefore been compelled to send your copy of
the testimony transcribed to Mrs. Bergen with a statement
that Dr. Linn's testimony and Dr. Faiela's testimony in part
are missing. She will make up the record without those.
Perhaps eventually you will locate them and will be able to
complete your copy. If not, you can copy from our copy and
thus have a complete copy.
With kindest regards,
Sincerely yours,
