Dear Ars. Gulliver:
lie beg to acknowledge receipt of your invoice of
February 18th, and in checking over this natter, w9 be-
lieve that full credit has not been given us for the daily
transcript which we had during the trial. We are herewith
submitting a resume of the testimony which you transcribed,
and our interpretation of the nonies due you.
We will appreciate your advising us if you do not
find this in order. Our check for $115.62 is herewith en-
closed.
