OFFICIAL REPORTER
UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
TRENTON, NEW JERSEY
Broad St Bank Bldg
March 5 1935
My dear Mr. Barker:
I am in receipt of your letter
and check of February 27th in the LaPorte case.
Needless to say, I was surprised
at the text of your letter, never having received one
like it before, and called Mrs. Bergen for light on the
subject. She informed me that she has received an ad-
ditional check and that she is to take up the matter
with Mr. Markley.
I am perfectly willing to abide by
any decision arrived at by Mrs. Bergen, Mr. Markley and
you
with regard to the final adjustment of our bills,
and assure you that I do not want to be unreasonable
in this matter.
I have deposited your check as
6
payment on account.
1935
Very truly yours,
alla R Gulliner
