Attention of Mr. H. H. Barker, Vice President
Your letter under date of February 28, 1935 to-
gether with a group of rules promulgated to safeguard work
on radium dial painting was received.
Commissioner of Labor, John J. Toohey, Jr., will
not be at his office for at least a week or, perhaps, two
weeks more, so I shall not be able to take this matter up with
him until that time.
