Dear Judge Forman:
The oral a rgument in the e bove was set for April
22nd. I notified Mr. Emmerglick today the t Mr. Smith and I
would not be ready to proceed at that time because due to
the size of the job and the pressure of other work we have
been unable to finish our briefs. Also, the Radi um Company
has been making extra copies of the transcript of the trial
minutes and we have not as yet received the last volume of
testimony.
Mr. Emmerglick has agreed to one week's continuetion
of the oral argument, that is, until April 29th. I write to
inquire whether that date is a greeable to the court.
