Dear lir. Markley:
We have examined our files for the above referred to names,
and beg to advise that we find only 4 employment records, account of
same:
N
Edw. Hilton: Our employment record indicates that Edv. Hilton
was employed by us as a porter. No dates are given on the employment
record.
Emily Marks was employed 9/6/18 as a stenographer, and 9/11/19
transferred to Pay Clerk. No other pertinent information given.
Miss Columbia Nicolino's employment card shows she was engaged
in packing, but the card does not state what type of packing she did.
She apparently was employed in August of 1918. No date as to when she
left our employment is given.
Grace Van Ness was employed by us 12/1/18 as packer and leyout
operator, and on March 18, 1920 transferred to inspection, and on September
20, 1920 transferred to practice painting. That constitutes the pertinent
information given on the card. No date is given as to when she left our
employment, or whether she was actually engaged in the operation of painting
or not.
