COPY UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION 535 Pearl Street, New York City. June 17, 1935. Mr. Leonard J. Emmerglick, 11 Commerce St., Newark, N.J. Re: Weber vs, U.S. Radium Corp. Dear Mr. Emmerglick: When your letter of May 31st arrived, I was on an extended trip, which accounts for the delay in answering, as the matter was held for my attention. It seems to us that it would be best for all parties concerned, if this matter could rest until Judge Forman has rendered a decision in the case now pending before him. However, if you deem it advisable, we would be glad to have you give us whatever information you may have regarding Mrs. Weber's period of employment, nature and extent of her illness, diagnosis, attending physicians, etc. Any information you may give, or any action we may take is without prejudice to either side in case of a suit being instituted on behalf of Mrs. Weber's legal representatives. Cordially yours, CBLee:DK President
