Re: Weber vs, U.S. Radium Corp.
Dear Mr. Emmerglick:
When your letter of May 31st arrived, I was on
an extended trip, which accounts for the delay in answering,
as the matter was held for my attention.
It seems to us that it would be best for all
parties concerned, if this matter could rest until Judge Forman
has rendered a decision in the case now pending before him.
However, if you deem it advisable, we would be glad to have you
give us whatever information you may have regarding Mrs. Weber's
period of employment, nature and extent of her illness, diagnosis,
attending physicians, etc.
Any information you may give, or any action we may
take is without prejudice to either side in case of a suit being
instituted on behalf of Mrs. Weber's legal representatives.
