United States Radium Corp. 535 Pearl St., New York City. Att: Mr. C. B. Lee. My dear Mr. Lee:- In view of the fact that this is a death case it would be necessary even if some settlement or adjustment of this claim could be made, to institute suit. For the purpose of avoiding any unnecessary delay, I propose to bring an action at this time although we have not yet completed our preliminary dis- cussions.
