My dear Mr. Lee:-
In view of the fact that this
is a death case it would be necessary even if
some settlement or adjustment of this claim
could be made, to institute suit. For the
purpose of avoiding any unnecessary delay, I
propose to bring an action at this time although
we have not yet completed our preliminary dis-
cussions.
I shall be glad to discuss with
you further, without prejudice, any plan which
you may have for the amicable adjustment of this
matter.
