As indicated to you in our letter of June
17th, we thought it best that thismtter remain in abeyance
until Judge Tormn's decision in the lePorte case, but if you
have reached the conclusion to institute suit, this is a matter
over nich we have no control.
Of course it is unierstood that any correspondence
or negotiations which we have had, or may have, bearing on the
question of settlement of this claim are without prejudice to
either side.
