old, Esthorine, 11 yeurs ald, Louise, e years old, Berolá ? years old, and
Arlone, 4 years old, all of ahoa have suffered secuniary losa by resson of
the destb of the plaintiff's decedent.
18. This action is brought within two years next after
the death of the plainties's decedent,
Judguent will be clained on the firat count in the aum of
$75,000.00, together with cost of this suit to be tecred.e

1. The plaintiff is a resident and eitizen of the mich-
pality of Olive Bridge, Ulster County, in the State of Now York. The plain-
tiff was duly appointed and has qualified s. amministrator ad prosequendum
of louise Hanle lieber, auch appointent having been ande by the Surrogate of
Esaex County, New Jerseys on June 17, 1935.
2. The plaintire reposts the allegations of paragrapha
2 to u inclusivo of the first count.
