COLLINS & CORBIN COUNSELLORS AT LAW CLEMENT K. CORBIN ROBERT J. BAIN EDWARD A. MARKLEY CHARLES W. BROADHURST 1 EXCHANGE PLACE, HOWARD F. MC INTYRE JAMES B. EMORY JERSEY CITY, N.J. PATRICK F. MC DEVITT JOHN F. LEONARD JAMES J. LANGAN ADOLPH S. HUMMEL CHARLES H. SCHAFER RAYMOND J. LAMB EARLE J. HARRINGTON JOHN F. LYNCH October 1, 1935. Anita Burricelli V. U. S. Radium Corp. Howard H. Barker, Esq., Vice Pres., U. S. Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear Mr. Barker: In this matter Mr. Emmerglick informed me today that there were three pieces of bone taken out of the plaintiff's head; that these were tested by Dr. Martland for radio-activity and he found that they were radio-active. I think it would be wise to interview Dr. Martland and get all the information he can give us. Yours very truly, EAM: AG
