New York City.
Dear Dr. Flinn:
Just a line to advise you that Judge Forman hes finally
handed dom his decision in the LaPorte cass, which in effect,
states that there was no fraud practiced, and thorefore, the
Court is compelled to dismiss the Bill. Neturally re are very
gratified with the decision, as we feel it probably means the
slowing-down, if not the end of further litigation in this, dir-
ection.
lie feel that the decision was due largely to the testi-
mony of our expert witnesses, and in this connection wo wish to
again thank you for serving in our bshalf.
With the Season's Best Greetings, I an,
Sincerely yours,
HHBarkar: DK
