Dr. G. Failla,
Memorial Bospital,
Central Pk. W. & 106th St.,
New York City.
Dear Dr. Failla:
I must apologise for not having commicated with you
in reference to the nanfacture of free emanating compound to be
tried out in an emanation device for periodic collection of radon.
The time has been more than occupted, and frankly I just have not
been able to get to it, but have hcpes of doing so shortly.
In the meantimo, I as glad to advise that we have finally
had a decision from Judge Forman in the LaPorte case which dismisses
the Bill of LaPorte. Naturally, me are very gratified wäth the
decision, as it probably means the end of litigation by former em
ployees, for apparently they are barred by law from obtaining redress.
We feel that our exports testimony was very influentiel in
the Court's decision, and we wish to again thank you for your services
in our behalf.
Rith best wishes for A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year,
I am,
Sincerely yours,
HHBarker: DK
