This matter coming before the Court upon an
application for allowance to the attorney for and counsel
for the plaintiffs, and it appearing that an allowance
of $2,000.00 / to be paid by the defendant, shall be made
to Leonard J. Emmerglick, of counsel with the plaintiffs,
and the defendant consenting to this order,
It is, on this 6th day of March, 1936, ORDERED,
that the defendant pay to Leonard J. Emmerglick, the counsel
for the plaintiffs as an allowance to him hereby made, the
sum of $2,000.00.
