Lee, Esq., Pres., United States Radium Corp., 535 Pearl Street, New York City. Dear C.B. Herewith discontinuance in each of the following: La Porte vs. U. S. Radium Corp. Action at Law. Weber vs. U. S. Radium Corp. Action at Law. Burricelli vs. U. S. Radium Corp. Action at Law. Burricelli vs. U. S. Radium Corp. Equity Shea vs. U. S. Radium Corp. Action at Law. Shea vs. U. S. Radium Corp. Equity. These are the discontinuances in the matters in which Mr. Emmerglick was either the attorney or of counsel for the plaintiff. You will note that in the Shea case there was a suit in equity and an action at law, and likewise in the Burricelli case, but not in the Weber case. In the La Porte case I am sending you a copy of the final decree in the equity action and the enclosed discontinuance, of course, is in the law action. Yours very truly, EAM: AG
