Mr. E.A. Markley,
%Collins & Corbin,
#1 Exchenge Pl.,
Jersey City, N.J.
Dear Mr. Markley:
We have made a careful check of our files and
believe the only suits now standing against the Corporation,
in addition to the four to be settled and discontinued by
Emnerglick, are the following:
Grace Lohnefinke
Attorneys: Holmwood de Creighton
Ethelwynne Mets
Attorneys de John Winans
Catherine Connolly
Attorneys: Schneider & Schneider
Lucy M. Sullivan
Attorneys: Peer & Mahr
No doubt you have a record in your office of these
four suits, which we think should be closed out as expeditiously
as possible.
There are several possible cases which have been
called to our attention by various lawyers, but no suits have
been started, and probably with the record of the LaPorte case
now available, no further action will be taken.
Cordially yours,
CBLee:DK
President
