Dear Commander Stephenson:
In line with our talk of last week, the Kirk-Rich Dial
Corporation, 315 W. 5th Street, Los Angeles, Calif. are, WD believe,
thoroughly equipped to apply luminous material to all type dials and
instruments in a satisfactory manner.
This company has, more or less, represented us on the
Pacific Coast for a great many years, and as we understand it, main-
tain an application department with thoroughly competent operators.
Should it be decided to have any luminous work done on the west coast,
we know of no conoern in that locality other than the above, which
could be depended upon.
