Mrs. Albina Larios,
605 Nassau St.,
Orange, N.J.
Dear Mrs. Larice:
As per your request over the phone today, we are pleased to
enclose check due December 11th, in the amount of $150.00
You will also find enclosed check in the amount of $40.00 which
is to pay the woman staying with you from November 16th to December 14th.
At the time Dr. Craver spoke to me regarding the engagement of a companion
during the absence of your husband in the hospital, he thought it would be
for a period of about 4 weeks. We gladly agreed to this. Tie notice by
what you said that probably your husband would not return home until around
Christmas time. If that is the case, we will be willing to pay for the
companion an additional two weeks from December 14th.
If there is any furthor service required after that time, we
would suggest that you get Dr. Craver's approval.
Extending to you the Season's Greetings, we are
Very truly yours,
CBLee:DK
