April 26, 1945 Dr. Lloyd F. Craver, Memorial Hospital, York Av. at 68th St., New York, N. Y. Dear Dr. Craver:- Thanks for your informational letter of April 20th regarding Mrs. Larice. The bill for her husband's services in bringing her to see you has already been passed for payment. I have had a talk with her by telephone and have authorized the domestic help suggested as well as the new corset.
