Take 8th Avenue Subway to 59th Street - walk two blocks toward river.
Tash hair night before examination, batherand wear all clean clothes.
Bring with you a specimen of urine, collected early A.M. of day of
examination.
If you cannot gos please inform Plant Manager, who, in turn will notify
Personnel Department.
