Plaintiffs, Elna Hugsom and Louis lusson, residing in the Toun
of Bloonfiold, County of Essex and State of Tee Jorgey complaining say
that:
FIRST GOUNT.
1. From on or about the first day of June, 1917 to on or about
Vobruary 1. 1921, the defendent United States Redium Corporation was a
corporation engaged in the extraction and of rodiosetivo
substances and the of products of the said redioactive sub-
stances for compercial purposes, having its principal placo of business
at the cornor of Alden and Him Streets in the City of Orango, County of
Essex end State of Now Jorgey.
2. From on or about Te broary 1,1921 to on or about September 1.
1921, the dofendant, The Luminite Corporation, sas a corporation
in the handling of rodionetive substances and the monfacturo of products
of snid rediosetive substances for commercial purposes, having ito
principal place of business at Too. 24-30 Scott Street, in the City of
