Hearst(AAF) on Dec.8th. one B24 bomber on a "snooper"mission raids th
Lutong oil installation in North Borneo--it drops 15 bombs on the
Inscallation,barly damaging it but not knocking it out==(most of the
pipelines are underwater and very hard to damage)==plane comes back wi
small bullet holes in it but no injury to pilot or Dec.10th
another "snooper"B24,hits the Labuan oil storage area on Bruen1 Bay,
just above Miri--fires badly damaged the installation--irombs were
dropped from only 100ft above the got back safely
