Dr. Jonathan Michaelis / Surgeon General's Office
Good afternoon,
Here is a copy of the letter Senator Chris Dodd sent to Surgeon General Satcher recommending Dr.
Jonathan Michaelis to participate in the National Conference on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Children
with Behavioral and Mental Disorders. This is in direct correlation with the First Lady's initiative on the
treatment of children with Attention Deficit Disorders. If you would please contact Beverly Malone within
the Surgeon General's office to check on Dr. Michaelis' status as it pertains to the upcoming conference.
Please contact me at (860) 985-7047 if you are able to gather information. Thank you for all of your help.
Sincerely,

Dear his Batcheller,
Thank you for your emailed response to my fax to Ms
Muscatine re The Sun-Herald's request for an interview with
Ms Clinton. I quite understand that she does not give
intertviews, but I wonder if you could answer if Ms
Clinton's visit to Australia has been confirmed yet and if
this visit - presupposing she comes - would be her first
solo overseas tour?
If you would like to speak to me, please do not hesitate to
call - I'm working from home at the moment on 612 9908 1785
(email: [email protected]. au). I am looking forward
to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
