Thank you very much for the handsome Waterford crystal bowl which
you arranged for me to receive during the President's recent trip
to Ireland. We had a wonderful and memorable time. The
outpouring of people and goodwill were very encouraging and made
a marked impression on the President.
As this was my first trip to Ireland, it was especially
memorable.
