Subject: Pueblo of Laguna Contract Dispute settled.
Major Brad Oswalt from the Pentago called this morning to provide an update on the contract dispute
between the Pueblo of Laguna and Defense. He was glad to report that they have negotiated a
settlement. The Pueblo of Laguna will receive $3.2 for work completed. The original contract was for
$6.5. The Pueblo of Laguna will not be liable to complete the remainder of the original contract. Both
parties are satisfied with this settlement.
