Abstract: An American Arbitration Association panel will certify that since November 15, 1964
the U.S. has been guilty of genocide of African Americans, the middle class and the poor, as
genocide is defined in 18 USC §1091. The 39-year legislative history of this 1987 ratification
of the 1948 Genocide Treaty documents racism as the reason U.S. judicial standing for this crime
is barred by 18 USC §1092. U.S. denial of judicial relief for genocide clearly violates
international human rights law. In fact, that Treaty requires U.S. judicial relief. Moreover
Congress declared its intent that international law supersede federal law. Nevertheless courts
issue sanctions rather than comply with these human rights law. You alone can reverse current
efforts of U.S. citizens to secure relief from their genocide in the International Court of Justice.
Dear Mr. President:
I am told that you opened a recent White House meeting of visitors by asking, "Does
anyone have any new ideas?" Discover why trend rates of productivity, federal deficits,
unemployment, inflation and the associated racial and economic class warfare have grown worse
each time since 1964 the nation has enacted solutions proposed by economists like Alan
Greenspan and Nobel Laureates in Economic Science. Papers I have filed in the U.S. Supreme
Court prove that economists are a powerful economic monopoly that is maintained by preventing
national political debate of the successful scientific alternative to their failed policies. That
monopoly is protected by misguided certifications by the Nobel Committee that economists
named Nobel Laureates qualify for that recognition under the will of Alfred Nobel.
Follow the example of President Kennedy and discover that the economic and political
power of this monopoly requires the aggressive suppression of a truly fundamental idea. Walter
Heller, JFK's CEA Chairman, emphasized two points in our many dialogues. First, he was
intrigued by my refinement of Albert Einstein's comment: Every national crime against
outgroups has found its legal authority in a nation's social scientists and theologians. Second,
JFK sought an alternative to the failed 1957-60 policies of economists in order to "to get the
economy moving again." I often reported to Heller the ideas summarized here.
Mr. President, let me draft your version of JFK's whistleblowing on conventional wisdom
in his 1962 Yale Commencement Address. In that speech he explained his reversal of 1929-41
and 1957-60 policies imposed by economists tax rate increases and/or spending reductions
with restrictive monetary policy. He restored successful 1921-29 and 1946-56 prescribed by
scientists -- tax rate reductions and/or spending increases with permissive monetary policy. JFK-
Heller policies produced a surplus for fiscal year 1965 as they had for 1921-29, often during
1946-64 and reduced the deficit more than 50% in fifteen months ending in June, 1976. In
