DEAR SIR:- As biographies must now be prepared for the printer, and as you have not yet supplied us with your sketch, we request that you do SO at a very early date. For the guidance and assistance of those who may not have given the subject much if any consideration we suggest the following:- I. Date and place of birth. 2. Early educational facilities. 3. The business engaged in at present, with important facts connected with the same. 4. Political offices held, if any. 5. Military-If now or at any time in the Army or Navy state rank and nature and time of service, and name of military department 6. General observations of importance which may not be covered by the foregoing sug= gestions.
