The heirs of Allen allison or Ellison have applied to me to assist in getting bounty money coming to their father. which they understand is in your office. Since the application for Bounty allen has died., Is it necessary to have an administrator appointed what proof M necessary. The application was made in the name of allen Delison as Faither of James Kirbman deed I'm proper name was allison but I anderstand it is on your roll as Ellison yours most truly The H.Bristow
