to Letters from this Office the initials Ion the upper left-hand corner should be referred to. The name,
company, and regiment of the soldier must also be given.

68. B. 73rd US. C. Thas been sent to the Adjutant
Distursing Officer at New Orleans La. to whom you
should apply therefor, with evidence Respectfully of your identity.
