Major R.K. amold 6th Cary Disbursing Officer, New Orleans da Sir: I have to acknowledge the receipt, on the ngth Inst of your accounts pertaining to Pay, Bounty, Prize= Money, Gc., due Colored Soldiers and Sailors for the month of February 1876. Very respectfully, Your obedient servant, Thomas M. Wincent, Assistant Adjutant General. AND. 1030 A. G.O., G. O.,(F.B).1876 Hereafter the receipt of all accounts will be promptly acknowledges. Disbussing officers not receiving acknowledgment after a reasonable lenth of time are requested to invite attention.
