We, I Dolly Brook and late private Co, I 5'Rest: H, antiof parish or county of madian and State of Mias do solemnly swear that Not am are neighbors of James Brooks I mother and have been well acquainted with for years and years respectively; that I am & the identical Dolly Banks mother of that I represents myself to be, and have heard from dastney Banks C. I. 5'Hy ant, Soldins of his regiment, that he was a soldier X I helune him to have been the same who enlisted in the military service of the ibnited States and served in Company d, , 5th Regiment H. ant. and that we are not, jointly or soverally, directly or inditectly, interested in any claim which the said has or may have against the United States. Her Sworn to and subscribed before me this second day of December , 1873, ; and I hereby certify that the contents of the foregoing affidavit were carefully read by me to the affiants before subscribing their names thereto, and I know the affiants to be credible persons.
