Dear Sir . I address a memorial to you during the last repron
of congress on the aubjut of some stoppages made in my amounts by
the 2 ind auditor for double rations which as get you have not decided
upon I have now to request if you ful no objections, that you
will refer the memorial and its subject to the board of officers instituted
by the dept. of wer comesting of the God in chief & the head of Bureaus
ofthe army proper for their opinion in the case I a para you seculd
not feel a disposition to are my claim as Ihown done mothers filing
a thorough conviction of its justneys an early answer to this request
is respect fully solicited as Ihaus not drawn hay for min months
t now ful the n and of it.
I am here on a visit of days, on finale
