The authors assert that the fifth column has penetrated the U.S. Army, Navy, and National Guard, as well as its defense industries. The verso contains a list of hundreds of \"the more important Communist, Nazi, Fascist and native totalitarian groups\" and various \"united front\" and \"fellow-traveler\" affiliates. This list is based on government investigations, sworn testimony and records of the House Un-American Activities Committee and other legislative inquiries, and on extensive data and secret documents in the files of the map's publisher.\"--Edited description of P.J.
