Alexander, dated January 23, 1894, stating that the red areas represent properties and residences "owned or leased by Americans" as of January 17, 1893. Includes names of Americans. Shows street names and selected major buildings, including Arion Hall, the U.S. Consulate, U.S. Legation. Shows "residence of J. B. Atherton where troops first went."
