Six men outside of Gebo’s Blacksmith Shop in Wilbraham. Thedore Gebo is identified as the man wearing an apron on the far right. The blacksmith shop, a large structure with wooden slats and an open double door to a work area, fills much of the background. The open doors have notices and advertisements posted on them. On the left, one man stands behind two horses hitched together, next to a wagon with an umbrella reading “Clothiers Besse Carpenter Co. Springfield.” To the right of this stands a man in dark work clothes and overalls. To his right, in front of the open double doors are three men standing with horses and holding their bridles; a dog lays in front of them. The middle man is dressed in a suit. On the far right next to a wagon stands a man in work clothes, overalls, and a blacksmith apron.
