Charles Barry sends Amos A. Phelps a handwritten copy of resolutions on the subject of slavery that are being discussed in the Pine St. Church. Below the resolutions, Barry asks Phelps to vote on these resolutions. He says Phelps may make minor amendments to them before casting his vote.
