Letter from Elijah Fitch, Hopkinton, to Amos Augustus Phelps, June 4th 1832
Elijah Fitch writes to A. A. Phelps that his parish in Hopkinton is still in uncertainty in regard to securing a minister. He asks a number of questions related to the church politics. Among them is the question of whether Phelps might preach to his group, if his group separate themselves from the main church. Next to each of the questions asked is a brief answers in pencil, presumably added by Phelps.
