Letter from Ira Pettibone, New York Mills, to Amos Augustus Phelps, Sept 8 1842

In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, Ira Pettibone copies two letters that Phelps wrote to him, which state that Phelps served Pettibone’s citations to Folwer although he believed in Fowler’s innocence. Pettibone then proceeds to convince Phelps of Fowler’s guilt.
