        "Lucia Weston tells of an important letter from Amos A. Phelps to Mrs. Maria W. Chapman. When the letter arrived, \"they exclaimed with one voice, 'here's richness.'\" Lucia gives some news of Weymouth. She tells about a trip to Lowell in the train. On page 2 of the manuscript, is a transcription of the letter sent by Amos A. Phelps to Mrs. Maria W. Chapman. Lucia mentions that Benjamin Lundy died."
