Letter from Thomas Whitson, Nobleville, [Ohio?], to Samuel May, April 16th, 1857
Whitson thanks May for certain letters and reports. He says that he favors disunion and does not think that the Republicans have helped the abolition cause. Whitson deplores the Dred Scott decision.
