Letter from Lura Maria Giddings, Washington, [D.C.], to Samuel May, Dec. 24th, 1858
Ms. Giddings says that her father, Joshua Reed Giddings, has been in poor health and is greatly concerned over the passage of some pension bills. She doubts if she could write a series of letters to "The Liberator."
