Source Description
On the illness of Nicola's son and the Sons of Italy. Translation: Tells about the son of Nicola, who is ill, perhaps from his work in a paint factory; suggests that the doctors may be influenced by the factory. He is recuperating in a clinic in the country. Talks about one of the officers in the Sons of Italy Chapter to which he belongs and is on the Council. He doubts the sincerity of this person and his dedication to the cause. Translator’s Note: This item is signed “Andrea Bevilacqua" which sounds like a pseudonym. The letter is written in Vanzetti’s hand.
