Wheel-Lock from a Hunting Gun

This wheel-lock mechanism is engraved with a stag and a hound. Images of "the chase" were obviously popular themes on weapons intended for hunting. The name of the locksmith, Georg Bernardton Hauser, can be seen on the wheel.
