Source Description
A lad with a pole over his shoulder conducts his sheep along a winding country lane. Through a break in the trees in the center background one sees a half-timber house with a smoking chimney. In the right corner, a masonry bridge spans a creek. The traditional attribution of this attractive landscape to George Vincent, the Norwich School master, is no longer accepted.
