The scene is placed beneath a flattened arch and on a cross hatched gilt ground. Traces of blue paint remain on the robes of the kings, and a blue line runs around the frame. Details of crowns and gifts are gilded.The plaque appears to be from the same shrine wing as Walters 71.217.
