Horus Falcon

mid 8th-mid 4th century BCE (Late Period) Overall: 8 3/4 in. (22.2 cm) Citation

Horus in his falcon form stands on a square base. He wears the double crown of Upper and Lower Egypt. A fragmentary inscription on the front of the base is only partially legible, with signs translating to "...give life...."
