Source Description
This handle is in the shape of a girl clothed only in a head pad and a necklace, standing with hand at breast. There are traces of a monkey (?) at her feet. The wig is unusual- strands of straight hair interspersed with curled locks. The facial features are very crudely outlined by incision. The piece has a large performation to hold an attached object. The surface is highly polished.
