Source Description
Obverse: Head of Roma, helmeted, right; beaded border. Reverse: Sol in quadriga (4-horse chariot), right, holding reins in left hand, whip in right; beaded border. The inscription ROMA should be present on the reverse but does not survive in this example. This coin appears to be missing the expected E in GEM. This does not appear to be a matter of wear and may indicate that this is a modern replica.
